Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers Lingua ART services and custom work supplied by LINGUACOFFEE LLC, registered in Montana, United States, under filing number C1676208.

Requesting Cancellation

To request cancellation, email info@linguaartee.com with your name, project or invoice reference, and the details of your request.

Cancellation takes effect when confirmed in writing or as otherwise required by the project agreement or applicable law.

Project-Specific Conditions

Payment stages, cancellation charges, and refund arrangements are agreed in the project agreement or accepted quotation before payment.

If no specific cancellation arrangement has been agreed, we assess the request according to the work completed, materials purchased, and reasonable project-specific commitments that cannot be cancelled or recovered.

Any amount retained must be permitted by law and explained to the customer. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable.

Custom Work and Project Concerns

Cancellation options may become limited after design work, procurement, or custom manufacturing has begun.

This does not remove rights relating to defective work, failure to deliver, or a material departure from agreed specifications. Please report any concern promptly so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we confirm the amount and expected processing time in writing and process it without undue delay, normally through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Any legally required refund deadlines apply.

Your Rights

The signed project agreement takes priority over this general policy for the relevant project, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
